Hmm, he probably has more than one heart. Maybe a big one situated in that space between torsos-A WEAK SPOT. and double lungs for sure, unless the set in the 'main' part of the torso were extra strong to support his entire body, leaving the upper set of arms of pure muscle...

Wow cool! Makes me really wonder what his insides look like. For instance, does he have more than one heart? Double lungs? An extra looooong liver?
